Ocean Villa Mar is a beachfront boutique villa in the centre of Varadero, built as a double-floor multi-property space consisting of 3 apartments and 2 independent rooms, which can be rented independently and share only the common areas of the property. (swimming pools, terraces and a large patio).  The whole Villa has a total of 14 rooms (one of them Junior Suite with two rooms sharing a bathroom) distributed in several independent apartments that do not have a kitchen, in total it has a capacity of 24 people. The buffet breakfast is included and is taken in an establishment located in front of the Villa right on the beach.

All rooms have air conditioning, windows, television, private bathroom and other necessary comforts. Some rooms have terraces and sea views. Cleaning is done every other day, as well as changing bed linen and towels. Due to its location, located by the sea in the centre of Varadero, close to banks, restaurants, shopping centres and the bus station and its characteristics, a small space with few guests distributed in apartments and a patio with a swimming pool is an ideal space for couples, families and large groups looking for peace and independence. 

The hosts of the Villa will welcome you and will be at your disposal to solve any doubts, problems or needs that our guests may have and also to guarantee a high level of satisfaction during their stay with us. Our hosts are at your disposal to advise you about the area, to tell you about the leisure and relaxation options available in the proximity of the Villa and to solve any need or demand you may have. We have an offer of different experiences that the hosts will present to you on your arrival, but you can also tell us what you would like to do and we will be happy to help you live unique experiences during your trip, we can also help you with the transportation arrangements to and from the Villa if you wish and you only have to tell us at the time of booking.
