We saved the original cement tile floors, tall antique doors, some rough brick and stone walls, 8 balconies and then added private, modern bathrooms, hi tech air conditioning, ceiling fans, hair dryers, digital door locks, new mattresses, and bedding, original Paintings, LED lighting, security cameras to make a safe and engaging "hotelito". We recently opened the roof patio which has gorgeous views of the local scenery, and street life. 
Our team works hard each day to provide helpful guest services, bookings, breakfast, house-keeping, security in a clean and safe oasis from this great, noisy energetic city. 
All guests must be registered at the time of check-in. Only registered guests may enter the guest rooms. A maximum of 2 adults may be registered to a room. A maximum of 2 children may be registered to a room. At least 1 registered guest must be an adult in each. The total number of registered adults and children, per room, is 3.The guest is responsible for all the actions of their visitor. Visitors must be accompanied by a registered guest. 
Visitors are limited to the lounge, stairs, hallway, office, dining room, roof patio and courtyard. Visitors may not enter the guest rooms. 
- Smoking is permitted ONLY on the roof patio.
- Stairs: We are on the 2nd and 3rd floors of this great old building. This means that, sadly we are not wheelchair accessible.
- Our security cameras cover most public areas of our hotel.
