Colonial House of the year 1845, owned by the family since 1901, with antique furniture, some from 1907 and interesting objects of monetary and sentimental value, such as the German piano of 1824, unique in Cuba, has the mother-of-pearl keys and the tortoiseshell flats, bought by Fefa's paternal grandmother ,in her honour the hostel takes her name, next to her husband's surname, they were known in Trinidad de Cuba as the Duo Fefa y Reyes, her pianist ,he violinist. In the room next to the piano there is a corner with family photos and another corner with musical instruments on the wall, next to an American piano from 1917, Fefa was an artist, she painted since she was 12 years old, there are pictures painted by her in the living room and the saloon of the house.
