Where are we?
The villa is located in a residential complex called "Residencial Tararà", just 17 km from the center of
Havana. Tararà is structured like a small city, very quiet and silent. Guarded 24 hours a day, only residents
and authorized personnel can enter.
The village Tarará is located in a strategic position: behind two splendid beaches of white sand and a river
that crosses it from which it takes its name: Rio Tararà.

Guests’ access and available services:
The guests of our villas have free access to the two swimming pools of the real estate complex and also to
the gym with an additional small fee.
Access to the beaches is free and sun loungers and parasols can be requested for an additional fee.
V Royal offers free towel service for the beach. Within the real estate of Tarará there are bars, restaurants,
a small supermarket and a paid medical service as well as an internal pharmacy with basic medicines. The
services offered by the real estate complex have a lower category compared to the V Royal services
guaranteed in the villas under our management.
V Royal is not responsible for the administration of services outside the villas.
In our villas, as well as throughout the real estate complex, animals are welcome as long as they are
accompanied and supervised by the owners.

How to move?
In Tarará, parking is free. To move to downtown Havana, we recommend renting a car or using a taxi.

Beaches:
Tarará is located east of Havana and is the closest beach to downtown. The beach has several kilometers of
fine sand, bathed by turquoise waters and a dense tropical vegetation of palm trees and mangroves adorn
this romantic landscape ideal for long relaxing walks.
Tarará also has a marina where you can rent boats and practice various water sports such as fishing, diving,
windsurfing, etc

Arrival and departure:
Arrival: 15:00
Departure: 11:00
On departure: 24 hours before departure, it is possible to check the availability of the late check-out service
until 5pm at an additional cost of 150 euros. It can be granted based on the arrival of the next scheduled
guests on the day. In case of incompatibility of time with the new arrivals it cannot be granted and it is
kindly requested to follow the established check-out times.

Other things that should be taken into account:
We inform our kind guests that in Cuba there are sometimes sudden power cuts. This situation is not due
to our management. If it were the case, we commit ourselves as much as possible to intervene to create as
little discomfort as possible. In addition, due to the embargo that Cuba suffers, we are sometimes unable to
satisfy all of our guests' food demands. However, we promise that we will do everything possible and
apologize in advance if we could not meet your needs in some way.

How can I pay for the extra services in the villa?
At this moment in the villas we do not have a credit card service, so we only accept cash.

V Royal Regulations

Dear guest,

Thank you for choosing one of our V Royal villas.
Your cooperation is appreciated in respecting the rules for a pleasant cohabitation in the real estate
complex of Tarará.

1. Please do not smoke inside the villa.
2. Pets are allowed, provided the carpets are removed.
3. If you bring guests to the villa they must be registered in our reception and the villa staff must be
informed. This rule is fundamental because it is imposed by the managing authorities of the residence. The
villa's staff is authorized to request identity documents of your guests.
4. V Royal is a brand of the tour operator Mac Tourism, inside the villa it is forbidden to introduce
personnel for services not authorized by the tour operator.
5. It is forbidden to organize parties and unauthorized events.
6. The maximum capacity of villa guests is 8 people when the villa is 4 rooms, 6 people when the villa is 3
rooms, and 4 people when the villa is 2 rooms. The Royal V direction in case of failure to give notice of the
presence of extra people (not registered at check-in) is authorized to cancel the reservation.
 7. The Royal V management is authorized to cancel the booking with devolution of the unused nights if the
good conduct and decorum is not respected.
8. In the villa there is no Pos, for payments with credit cards. Please pay extra for cash services.
9. Please respect the check-out times. In case of compatibility with other arrivals we will be happy to offer
the late check-out service upon request not less than 48 hours before departure at an additional cost of
150 euros per villa.
10. At check-in we require a security deposit of € 500 which will be returned upon check-out after checking
damage to objects and furniture in the villa. We inform you that if an object is broken or damaged in the
villas available to guests, the total payment of the damage plus a 10% surcharge is requested. All the
furniture and accessories present are imported.

11. It is strictly forbidden to move the arrangement of furniture without the authorization of the staff. It is
absolutely forbidden to move furniture intended for internal use outside the external parts of the villa.
12. Customers are reminded that the cleaning service does not include the washing of dirty dishes left in
the sink but that the guests must keep the kitchen clean if they cook independently. If chef service is
required, the dishes will be washed and the kitchen will be taken care of by the service staff.
13. The service staff has the right to enter the villas during the stay of your stay, please do not lock the
rooms but use the specific safes to leave valuables.
14. V Royal is not responsible in any form of theft for lack of custody, please use the safety deposit boxes or
in case of valuables to inform the management.
15. The use of swimming pools is allowed for adults over 14 years. Customers are responsible for the
custody of their children and exempt V Royal from any liability.

SERVICES TO LIVE THE VILLA BETTER:

Home shopping service:
Guests can use the grocery shopping service for 50 euros.
The service must be requested 48 hours in advance. The cost refers to the service and does not include the
cost of the products. To consider that for food products can not be presented the receipt as proof of
expenditure, nor for the fish as they are products purchased directly from farmers and fishermen.
Chef service:
Private chef available for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cost of the service is € 120 and does
not include the cost of food.
Villa catering service:
It is possible to book lunch or dinner in the villa by ordering the fixed fish menu at a cost of 35 euros or
meat at a cost of 30 euros. The menu includes an appetizer, a main course, side dish, dessert, coffee or tea.
Drinks are not included. The card can be consulted with all the proposals of choice. It is required at least
two hours in advance for the order.
Breakfast service:
Continental breakfast: The cost of breakfast is 15 euros per person or at the CUC currency exchange. We
ask our guests to notify us in advance if they wish to book the service.
Mini bar:
Minibar service is present in all the villas. You will find in the refrigerators a supply of drinks at your
disposal. The staff will monitor the daily consumption and will kindly ask you to sign the consumption
receipts. Prices are available at the end of the manual.
Furthermore the minibar service is also present in the suite and in the superior rooms of the villa King and
the price list is present in the room.
Cleaning service (included in the daily overnight rate):
Change of sheets every 3 days
Change of towels every 2 days
For the extra change of towels or sheets, a charge of 5 euros per day is applied.
It is possible to use the laundry service for one's clothes washed exclusively with water. In the room you
will find the list of prices, for more information ask your cleaning assistant.

OTHER SERVICES OFFERED:
Wi fi: Free
Mobile phone and local sim card: At home we left you a cell phone with Cuban number available for
emergencies. The phone is delivered with checked credit upon delivery at check-in. The customer will pay
the credit that was only consumed at the time of check-out.
Beach towels: the use of beach towels is free, a deposit of 30 EURO is required for each towel or the
equivalent in CUC. For changing towels, please ask the maid and return the previous towel. The beach
towel change does not include additional costs.
Dear Guest V Royal dedicates all his efforts to the care and respect of the environment, we ask for your
help in changing towels only if necessary.
Beach service area:
On the beach you can enjoy the service of sunbeds and umbrellas in the exclusive area: it costs 12 CUC: 2
beds and 1 umbrella, per day in the reserved area V Royal in front of villa King.
This service is not directly managed by V Royal, however V Royal is committed to cleaning a part of the
beach in front of Villa King with its own staff, this to allow its guests to have a cleaner and more accurate
beach area.
Please note that the lack of cleanliness and order of the beach is not attributable to V Royal but
unfortunately the rudeness of the human being who too often forgets the importance of the environmental
impact.
Our staff provides beach service for water, snacks and drinks in the exclusive area. It is possible to access
the sunbeds and umbrellas even in the public service area of ​​the residence, this area is not the
responsibility of V Royal.
Gym Service:
In the Tararà real estate complex you have the possibility to use the service of a paid gym and it is not
managed by V Royal.
In the wellness section of this guide you will find all the information about the gym and the services offered
and programs. It is possible to book massages directly at the villa at an additional cost of € 10 at the cost of
the massage. The booking of the massage in the villa must be requested directly to the V Royal staff.
